Employer of Record (EOR) for Nordic companies

Your team in Italy. No Italian company needed.

You pick the people and run the work. We are their legal employer in Italy: Italian contract, payroll, tax, social security and HR paperwork, done by our own payroll team.

€250 per employee per month, all inclusive. Invoiced in SEK, NOK, DKK or EUR at the EUR reference rate, without FX spread. The lowest all-inclusive EOR price for Italy (comparison).

Four steps

  1. Send us the roleTitle, city, salary and start date. You get the cost line by line within one business day.
  2. We write the contractUnder the correct national collective agreement (CCNL), in Italian with an English version: probation, notice, hours, benefits.
  3. OnboardingTax code, INPS and INAIL registrations, payroll set up. Non-EU/EEA hires start the permit process in parallel.
  4. Every monthOne invoice in your currency, paid in advance. We pay salary, tax and contributions on time and send you the payroll summary.

Italy, seen from Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen and Helsinki

CCNLLike a kollektivavtal, but it applies from the first hire. Each role sits at a level in a national agreement that sets the pay floor, hours, leave and notice.
13Annual pay (RAL) is paid in 13 instalments, 14 under some agreements. We spread them evenly across the 12 months in your invoice.
6.91%TFR: a yearly accrual for the employee, paid on exit or into a pension fund. We pay it monthly into the fund the employee picks.
4 weeksStatutory holiday, plus paid hours off under most CCNLs. Less than 25 days by law, close to it in practice.
No LASBut a similar idea: dismissal needs a valid reason and a procedure. Probation, usually up to 6 months, is when either side can walk away. Full comparison.

Short answers

Do we have to register anything in Italy?

No. We are the employer in Italy. You sign one service agreement and pay one monthly invoice.

We already pay an Italian freelancer. Can they become an employee?

Yes, usually within about 30 days. It also removes the risk that the arrangement is treated as hidden employment. We move staff from other providers in the same time.

When is our own Italian company the better option?

Typically once the team is stable or you sell locally through the Italian staff. We help with the move and transfer the employees with their seniority.
